Welcome to WeightFight. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WeightFight ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use WeightFight. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• You may not create accounts for others or transfer your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from the app's profile settings. This permanently removes all your data.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (workout photos, comments, messages). By posting content, you grant WeightFight a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and store your content within the App.

Content Rules

You agree NOT to post content that:

• Promotes illegal substances, including anabolic steroids or controlled substances
• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or pornography
• Depicts or exploits minors (CSAM — zero tolerance, reported to authorities)
• Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates other users
• Is spam, misleading, or promotes scams
• Depicts graphic violence or encourages self-harm
• Promotes illegal activities
• Infringes on intellectual property rights

5. Virtual Currency ("Gains")

• Gains are a virtual currency earned through training or purchased via in-app purchases.
• Gains have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
• Gains can be spent on cosmetic items (avatar frames, backgrounds, badges, titles), betting on rivalries, and boosting content.
• Purchased Gains are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or app store policies.
• WeightFight reserves the right to modify the Gains economy (earning rates, prices, items) at any time.

6. Subscriptions

• WeightFight Pro is a subscription service offering premium features (AI Coach, Advanced Statistics, Weekly Reports).
• Subscriptions are billed through Google Play or Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's app store settings.
• Free trial periods, if offered, will convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Refunds are handled by the respective app store according to their policies.

7. Creator Marketplace

• Creators can publish workout templates on the marketplace.
• Templates must be original content — do not publish copyrighted material.
• WeightFight reserves the right to remove templates that violate these Terms.
• Earnings from template sales are distributed according to the Creator Dashboard terms.

8. Rivalries & Betting

• Rivalries are friendly competitions between users based on training data.
• Betting uses Gains (virtual currency only) — no real money is wagered.
• Bet amounts are validated server-side and deducted atomically to prevent manipulation.
• WeightFight reserves the right to void bets or end rivalries in cases of abuse or cheating.

9. Blocking & Reporting

• You can block any user, which removes all mutual connections (follows, rivalries, conversations).
• You can report content for violations. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.
• False or malicious reports may result in action against the reporter.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the App
• Attempt to manipulate the Gains economy, leaderboards, or rivalry outcomes
• Impersonate other users or WeightFight staff
• Circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls
• Use the App for any illegal purpose

11. Intellectual Property

WeightFight and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Grafisk Studios and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. WeightFight does not guarantee that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Training advice from the AI Coach is medically accurate — always consult a healthcare professional
• Calorie estimates are precise — they are approximations based on MET calculations

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeightFight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to injuries from following training suggestions.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App's profile settings.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in Swedish courts.
